
(Patria) - A meeting was held at the premises of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, attended by the Director of the Directorate for
Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, Enes Karić, the Director of the Court Police in the Federation of BiH, Dženad Grošo, and the Head of the Cabinet of the Director of the Court Police in the Federation of BiH, Mahir Smailbegović.
During the visit, current issues handled by these agencies in accordance with their legal responsibilities were discussed. The directors noted the good cooperation achieved in the previous period and discussed modalities for its improvement in the future.
Karić informed his interlocutors about the activities aimed at strengthening and
building the Directorate's capacities regarding the daily activities of police officers, as well as upgrading training in the area of VIP protection and facilities.
The Directorate remains committed to fulfilling its mission and vision, and continuously strives to strengthen its capacities, as well as to enhance cooperation with law enforcement agencies in BiH and international partners, and to implement the best European standards and practices.
Grošo congratulated Director Karić on his recent
appointment and wished him successful future professional work. He stated the necessity of cooperation, coordination, and information exchange between police agencies. He gave full support, especially in the area of cooperation in joint training and other forms of police cooperation.
