The current government in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not doing very well, and that is clearly visible. Even more visible is the fact that Dragan Čović's HDZ absolutely controls processes and dictates the pace.
Therefore, the last two sessions of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament were closer to physical confrontations and chaos than to reform sessions that should "bring Bosnia and Herzegovina closer to the EU" as announced by the HDZ - Trojka coalition.
First, at the previous session, an attack on the House of Representatives of the FBiH was attempted when the HDZ and Trojka tried to carry out a deceptive operation at midnight that would have resolved the issue of the key Election and Appointment Committee.
After the opposition exposed Mladen Bošković's (HDZ) plagiarism, the session was prevented after a series of verbal conflicts.
And then came the fourth regular session. And again, nervousness, the Election and Appointment Committee did not meet, and Čović is in a hurry to push Marin Vukoja into the Constitutional Court of BiH. Nervousness was already noticeable during the rebalancing of the FBiH Budget, so the imposed Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić had to withdraw it. Then the HDZ members tried to reject the Law on Protection of Civilian War Victims with amendments, and when they failed, they returned to their tried and tested mode of political games.
Čović's and Trojka's joker for the missing hand, Mario Karamatić, unprovoked, stood up and said that he wanted the session to be adjourned because Sarajevo is an occupied territory for him from which he cannot cheer for Zrinjski. Later, he added Tuzla to the "occupied territories" with the aim of causing as much nervousness as possible.
The Ethics Committee was convened, but falsifier Bošković accused it of falsification, and everything went into a new dimension. Bošković then requested a break, and after the break, the Collegium and the adjournment of the session.
Nothing from reforms and laws!
Karamatić managed to cause chaos and showed the entire public what happens when the HDZ gets angry and Karamatić's fascism speaks out. Trojka, of course, understood nothing, because they defended Karamatić with their "lives" during the discussion about his expulsion:
Because Trojka doesn't understand politics. For them, it was and remains crucial to win and stay in their seats for as long as possible, so already now, three years before the end of their term, we can say that we have not had a worse government in the FBiH.
However, the destructiveness of Trojka's lack of understanding lies in something much more dangerous. If Karamatić, as the HDZ's joker in Parliament, is ready for such insolence and hate speech, you can imagine what Marin Vukoja, as Čović's subordinate in the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is ready for.
Karamatić's and all other mistakes in parliaments can be corrected by laws and amendments, challenged by appeals, and so on. However, when Vukoja, along with Valerija Galić in the Constitutional Court, votes according to Čović's input, all in relation to the common interests of the Čović - Dodik coalition, the threat to the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be clearly visible even to the laymen in Trojka, and difficult to rectify.
Also, Karamatić will last in the House of Representatives of the FBiH for four or at most eight more years, while Vukoja will last for several decades, if, after his potential appointment, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and its Constitutional Court, last that long.
Nermin Nikšić, Elmedin Konaković, and the entire Our Party are absolutely under-capacitated political structures to appeal to their conscience and the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They neither understand nor care as long as they are in their seats. In the case of Our Party, Vukoja even suits them.
Therefore, the responsibility lies with that part of Trojka that has given part of itself for this country. The responsibility also lies with those within SDP and NIP who do not agree with the "Noah's Ark" policies of their leaders and the group of traitors around them.
There are certainly pro-Bosnian patriotic forces within these two parties that must use the full party amendment to prevent these two parties from directly destroying the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The path that Trojka is currently taking is absolutely identical to the path of Dodik and Čović, so party structures and voters must stop them.
Because, even if these patriotic forces within SDP and NIP do not agree with the political decisions of the leadership and do not react, they will be accomplices to the individuals whom the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina will record in black letters as traitorous sons and daughters, who sold their country and their people for dinner.
Are there any conscious individuals in SDP and NiP?
