Canadian Hamilton Remembers White Armbands and Crimes in Prijedor Again

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Canadian city of Hamilton once again remembered May 31, 1992, and the victims of the genocide in Prijedor, announced the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada.

The electronic billboard in front of the City Assembly read "Hamilton supports the International Day of White Armbands".

The Institute states that the citizens of Hamilton and Canada are becoming aware of the "scale of the genocide crimes in Prijedor and throughout the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina".

"White armbands are one of the proofs of the intention to commit genocide in Prijedor, as a group was marked visibly and clearly at that time in order to be exterminated and expelled from that territory," the Institute announced.
