(Patria) - The Canadians impressed the basketball world with a high victory over European vice-champions France (95:65) in the first round of the World Cup, and today they were even more convincing against Lebanon.
The Canadian selection achieved a triumph with an incredible score of 128:73. At the same time, the Canadian basketball players set a new World Championship record with 43 assists in a single game (the previous record was 37 assists).
The most efficient players on the winning team were RJ Barrett (17 points) and Trae Bell-Haynes (15), while for Lebanon the top scorer was Omari Rasulala Spellman (16).
