(Patria) - NS BiH President Vico Zeljković commented on the chants against him at national team matches at today's press conference.
Zeljković chose his words carefully when discussing this problem, not wanting to further fuel the atmosphere, saying that fans should support the national team players.
“I can understand the chants and I don't want to get into that. I don't want to fuel things further. We had a correct cooperation with BH Fanaticos. After that, it changed. Their reasons are probably justified to them, unjustified to us. Vico Zeljković is not playing the match, but the national team players are. Energy should be directed towards them, supporting the players,” Zeljković commented.
Zeljković announced today the start of the construction of the national stadium, which would be built in Zenica and would involve the reconstruction of Bilino Polje, which would be the national home.
Also, it was announced today that the Statute of the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will soon be amended so that the president gains the right to a third term.
Kenan Magoda, Minister of Sports and Culture in KS, also spoke about this earlier, announcing on the show 'Istraga sedmice' that this direction would be taken so that the president of the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vico Zeljković, could remain president of NS BiH.
