How a British Professor Discovered the Plans: With Murphy, Schmidt, and Sattler, the Partition of Bosnia and Herzegovina is No Longer a Secret!

The partition of Bosnia and Herzegovina is becoming less of a secret, and an increasingly publicly expressed idea in academic and socio-political circles not only in our region but also in the Western part of the world.

Because how else to explain that Professor Andrew Tettenborn from the Faculty of Law at Swansea University, whose specialties are private, commercial, and maritime law, published an article in The Spectator weekly stating that the partition of Bosnia and Herzegovina will come too late.

Therefore, for Professor Tettenborn, the partition of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not in question; his only concern is whether it will happen on time. Tettenborn is not a representative of the British government nor an intellectual particularly interested in events on this side of the world, so it can be assumed that he is expressing views he hears in the academic community of Great Britain. If so, then the patriots of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be much more concerned about the fate of this country than they are now.

It is symptomatic, but by no means coincidental, that the Faculty of Law where Tettenborn teaches is named “Hillary Rodham Clinton”. Yes, after former US First Lady Hillary Clinton, who once lied in her unsuccessful campaign for US president that she fled Tuzla under sniper fire. Her husband Bill is the main sponsor, and his operatives are the creators of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which has trapped Bosnia and Herzegovina in a “frozen conflict” until a final solution.

Judging by the modus operandi in the last decade, the West, led by Great Britain and the United States, has decided to resolve the post-Yugoslav crisis by partitioning Bosnia and Herzegovina and creating three monotheistic states.

What Tettenborn did not concretize in his text about the partition of Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives of the US and the European Union have done in recent days.

After the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in the case Kovačević v. Bosnia and Herzegovina, the American ambassador reduced its implementation into the constitutional-legal order of BiH to the goodwill of domestic politicians, aware that any insistence on enforcing that decision would be counterproductive to the plans of the administration superior to him.

Interestingly, the European Union Representation in Bosnia and Herzegovina did not react to the verdict at all. It is clear that the head of that representation, Johann Sattler, is aware of the fact that the ECtHR decision and its implementation are ruining his plans as well.

This was followed by unconstitutional protests on the administrative lines between the entities, where the police of the RS blocked traffic contrary to the Constitutional provisions, and the US Embassy again reacted as if they had felled a tree they shouldn't have, not violated the provisions of both Dayton and the Constitution.

Such actions by the key actors of the international community (USA, EU, Great Britain) and their obedient High Representative Christian Schmidt further worsen the political and security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

There was more legal certainty during the war and post-war period than now, all thanks to the anti-Bosnian actions of Schmidt and Murphy.

The icing on the cake was the letter from Murphy and Sattler, after which it is clear that they treat the Federation entity as their self-governing space, ready to be annexed to Croatia and the European Union one day, while consequently, the RS entity remains within the framework of the Serb-Russian world.

There is no other way to interpret the letter in which the authorities in the Federation, which btw was formed by the signatories of the letter, are asked to reduce production in mines and undergo energy transition, hand over (through concessions) airports, and fight terrorism which should be at the state level.

Even if we tried to frame that letter within European integration, why would one set of rules apply to 51% of BiH and another to 49%. Unless Ambassadors Murphy and Sattler were guided by that non-paper which foresees the Federation being annexed to Croatia, the RS to Serbia, and with the intervention of allies, the rebellion of Bosnian patriots would be suppressed.

A significant note to that non-paper was also given by the future US Ambassador to Croatia, Nathalie Rayes, who, during her Senate hearing, said, “If confirmed, I will work with the Croatian government to engage Bosnian Croats and their associates to support the government’s reforms. I would be the link between the Croatian government and Croats from BiH.”

It is increasingly evident that the creators of Dayton are preparing a new package in which Bosnia and Herzegovina will be divided into two parts. One with 51% of the territory, which will be joined to mono-ethnic Croatia, and the remaining 49% in purely Serbian Serbia. Bosniaks and Bosnians would in that case be halved, with one part becoming a minority without rights in Croatia, and the other in Serbia.

This would finally destroy the thread on which Bosnia and Herzegovina itself survives.
And when we consider everything, it is clear where the maritime law professor in Swansea, Tettenborn, got the idea that “The democracy currently embodied by this unruly and invented nation, run by an international official and technocrat with absolute power, is nothing more than a temporary measure preventing its dissolution. [That measure] will have to end someday.”

Tettenborn concluded his article by stating that if his readers “truly believe in democracy, and not in a pale imitation of popular sovereignty in Bosnia and Herzegovina, their position should be that the breakup (of Bosnia and Herzegovina) should happen as soon as possible.”

A lesson for the sleeping political, civil, and national patriotic masses. The plan to partition Bosnia and Herzegovina is no longer an abstraction that everyone will deny, but a reality that is now being spoken about openly and without hesitation!
