(Patria) - The Government of the Republic of Croatia relented tonight and agreed to the Southern Interconnection Agreement with BiH. Just a few hours earlier, Minister of Economy Ante Šušnjar told the media that certain articles of the Agreement were still being worked on.
The Council of Ministers of BiH should approve the signing of the Agreement with Croatia at an extraordinary session tomorrow, Istraga reported.
After that, the Presidency of BiH should give the final confirmation at a session scheduled for 11 AM.
The agreement between BiH and Croatia is expected to be signed tomorrow in Dubrovnik during the two-day summit of the Three Seas Initiative. The Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH is attending the summit, as is US Secretary of Energy Chris Wright.
The Southern Interconnection is an American project being implemented in BiH and Croatia, through which BiH will have a new gas supply route.
