Jusuf Tanović new president of the FK Željezničar Board of Directors

(Patria) - At the session of the FK Željezničar Assembly currently underway, delegates have elected Jusuf Tanović, the club's former vice-president, as the new president of the Board of Directors.

"I thank you for the trust the Assembly delegates have placed in me. It is an exceptional honor and responsibility to lead the largest sports collective in BiH. I hope to justify your trust and successfully continue the process of recovery and renaissance of our Željo," stated the new president of the Board of Directors.

Jusuf Tanović has been a member of the FK Željezničar Assembly since September 2021, and a member and vice-president of the Club's Board of Directors since June 2022. He holds a Master's degree in Economics. He received his education at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo and at the Universities of Delaware and North Park Chicago in the USA.

Over the past 27 years, he has worked in international companies Price Waterhouse Coopers, IBM Business Consulting, Deloitte, EDC, and Financial Markets International, in business consulting, analytics, and management of complex, international development projects. He has decades of humanitarian and philanthropic engagement in BiH and the USA behind him.
