Jusuf Nurkić entered NBA history with a brilliant game

PORTLAND, (Patria) - Jusuf Nurkić is the new NBA league record holder. The Bosnian center entered the history of the strongest basketball league in the world during the Portland Trail Blazers' victory over the Sacramento Kings with a score of 113:108.

Nurkić finished the game with 24 points, 23 rebounds, seven assists, five steals, and five blocks.

Nurkić became the first player since 1984, since the 5+ statistic for each individual category was introduced, with a 5x5 stat line in a game with 20+ rebounds.

This has only happened 20 times in history, and 13 players achieved this feat before Nurkić. The best so far with a 5x5 performance was Julius Erving, who in 1976 achieved 31 points, 19 rebounds, and 5 assists, steals, and blocks each, and Nurkić is the first to achieve a 5x5 with 20 or more points and rebounds.
