Julardžija signs for Sarajevo: I know what awaits me

(Patria) - After the necessary procedures were completed, Edin Julardžija is officially the new player of FK Sarajevo.

The twenty-two-year-old midfielder signed a three-year contract.

"It is a great honor to sign for FK Sarajevo. I know what awaits me. My personal ambitions, as well as the club's ambitions, are great, and I look forward to my first official appearance. The club has made great efforts to bring me into its ranks, and that gives me even greater motivation to prove myself. I would like to thank them for the trust shown and I promise that I will give my best to fulfill the wishes of the club and the fans," said Julardžija after signing.

The Zagreb native went through Dinamo's academy and was marked as a great prospect. In his career, he wore the jerseys of Slaven Belupo, Šibenik, and Gorica, where he played 32 matches. He comes to the Koševo club from Slovenia's Domžale, where he arrived this summer.

"I know Edin from the time he was at Dinamo, where he was captain in the youth selections. We took the first opportunity to bring him to Domžale, and with his winning mentality and excellent character, he convinced everyone around him that he is an excellent player," concluded the sports director of FK Sarajevo, Senijad Ibričić.
