Session of the PFBiH House of Representatives to confirm the FBiH Government has not yet been scheduled

On the website of the PFBiH House of Representatives, an emergency session has been announced for 2:00 PM, with the agenda including the Proposal of the FBiH Budget for 2015 under urgent procedure, and the Proposal of the Law on the Execution of the FBiH Budget for 2015, also under urgent procedure, but not a session at which the new FBiH Government should be confirmed, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- If a session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2015, regarding the appointment of the Council of Ministers of BiH, and the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers and ministers in the Government of the Federation of BiH is signed and submitted by the President and Vice Presidents of the Federation of BiH, conditions will be met for holding an emergency session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, at which the said decision will be confirmed - it was announced.

Therefore, that session should also be at 12:00 PM, if the DF's condition regarding the formation of the Council of Ministers and the FBiH Government on the same day and at the same hour is met. Also, it is not yet known when the decisions on the appointment of ministers in the FBiH Government will be signed. It is expected that these decisions will be signed in the early morning hours, and only after the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly confirms that they have received the candidate verifications from SIPA and that it will be possible to confirm the Council of Ministers.
