Jordan Mosque in Grbavica: Friday prayer to be held in two terms from next Friday

From next Friday, Muslim believers in Sarajevo will be able to perform the weekly Friday prayer in two terms: the regular term of this prayer, which during winter time is at 12:00, and a second term at 1:15 PM, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The Friday prayer in two terms will be held at the Jordan Mosque in Grbavica. The Friday prayer is performed on Fridays and is obligatory for every Muslim man in the world.

The Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that requests from believers had arrived at the IC, who complained that due to work or school obligations they could not attend the regular Friday prayer term at 12:00, after which a second term for this prayer was approved, writes Patria.
