The only managerial reference of the director of ZOI '84 is babysitting for a Saudi prince!?

The main reference of the new director Midhat Hubijar, of the once world-famous and respectable company ZOI '84, which due to the criminal actions of previous managements in the last ten years has been brought to the brink of collapse, and thanks to which he reached such a high position, is his close friendship with the son of Huso Ćesir, president of the SDA Novi Grad Municipal Board, BH news agency Patria unofficially learns.

Midhat Hubijar, according to information we received from employees of ZOI ‘84, worked in Saudi Arabia from 2005 to 2008. At the same time, Muamer Ćesir, the son of Huso Ćesir, president of the SDA Novi Grad Municipal Board, also worked in Saudi Arabia.

Hubijar worked as a babysitter, looking after the children of a Saudi prince, occasionally traveling with him. He taught them swimming and maintaining physical fitness. On the „princely travels“ across Europe, he was responsible for the prince’s male children. His only managerial experience is from “babysitting” for a Saudi prince.

Incidentally, Huso Ćesir, in his capacity as president of the SDA Novi Grad Municipal Board, also inaugurated the young Semir Efendić to the position of mayor of Novi Grad. Semir Efendić socialized intensively with Muamer Ćesir, the son of Huso Ćesir. After returning from Saudi Arabia, Hubijar continued to socialize with Muamer Ćesir, thus meeting Efendić as well. Ćesir, in memory of the “buddy days” in Saudi Arabia, financially “helped” Hubijar to establish a “security company”. 

Thus, the actual owner of the company was Muamer Ćesir. Hubijar was the “juggler”. Overnight, Hubijar graduated from the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education, with Ćesir wholeheartedly helping him in this.

According to what we learned from ZOI ’84 workers, Ćesir first pushed Hubijar into the Assembly of this company, and then appointed him as director of the company.

Due to the rapid rise of the previously unknown Hubijar, workers suspect that Huso Ćesir is practically taking over ZOI ’84, and that the new director is only being used so that the president of SDA Novi Grad can take over the business building in the strict center of Sarajevo for his own needs.

Besides being in constant disputes with the union of this company, Hubijar managed in a short time to evict his own workers from the business building in the center of Sarajevo, without showing them the lease agreement with whom he had concluded it.

Also, numerous tenants in the ZOI '84 business building – Apoteke Sarajevo, lawyers, Optika.... - received a letter in which he requested that within four days they declare whether they assume responsibility for the building.

The tenants rebelled, because all have contracts concluded for 10 years, and requested an urgent meeting with Hubijar.

In the meantime, the ZOI '84 workers he evicted from the business building have been accommodated in Zetra, still waiting to see what will ultimately happen to the company.
