Yellow meteoalarm is in effect for five areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina today. Strong wind gusts are expected in the regions of Bihać, Mostar, Trebinje, Foča, and Prijedor. According to meteorologists' predictions, south wind gusts in these regions are expected to reach speeds of 40 kilometers per hour. This will certainly not help in extinguishing multiple fires, one of which is in Mostar.
Yellow meteoalarm indicates potentially dangerous weather.
- The forecasted weather conditions are not unusual, but be cautious if you intend to engage in activities exposed to meteorological risks - it is stated on the website of the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute.
