Executive Committee narrows down list, seven candidates remain for head coach

Today, at the  „Crystal“ hotel in Ilidža, chaired by President Elvedin Begić, a regular session of the Executive Committee was held, attended by all members of the EC, (except the suspended Amer Halep), as well as member of the Mediation and Advisory Committee Sead Kajtaz, and the director of the Technical Department Denijal Pirić and the president of the Legal Committee Enes Hašić, writes the Patria news agency.

Although the public was most interested in the name of the new head coach, that did not happen, and as Patria previously wrote, the name of the new head coach might not be known until the end of the month.

The members of the Executive Committee decided that in the next few days the Commission should hold additional consultations and that a final decision should be made and a head coach selected as soon as possible.

However, although no selection was made, the list of candidates was narrowed down, leaving Blaž Slišković, Mehmed Baždarević, Amar Osim, Igor Štimac, Faruk Hadžibegić, Sergej Barbarez and Milovan Rajovac in the running.

By next week, from these names we should get two, one of which will be chosen as the head coach of the Dragons.

The Secretary General of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina told journalists after the session that the candidates Dragan Okuka, Vlatko Glavaš and Šener Bajramović have been eliminated.
