Work report removed from agenda: No one from HJPC showed up at the Commission

At the session of the Constitutional and Legal Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), the consideration of the Annual Report of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH was removed from the agenda, writes the news agency Patria.

Committee members decided this because no one from the HJPC, who could present the report on the work of this institution, attended the session. Milan Tegeltija, the President of the HJPC, previously informed that he is on annual leave.

Also today, the initiative of MP Denis Bećirović (SDP) was not supported, which, within 30 days of adopting the initiative, sought the inclusion of the item "Consideration of the Report of the Council of Ministers of BiH on special parallel relations between the Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity Republika Srpska and the Republic of Serbia, with special emphasis on respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of BiH" on the agenda of the session of the House of Representatives of PABiH.
