Izetbegović: Coalition parties will get one ministry each

SDA President Bakir Izetbegović also confirmed that SBiH remains in the coalition with SDA and other political parties at the Federation of BiH level, as agreed at the end of July this year, writes the Patria News Agency.

Although SBiH announced on Wednesday that they might leave the coalition because, as stated by the party, the SDA – HDZ BiH Government violated the coalition agreement by appointing the Supervisory Board in Elektroprivreda BiH, after the meeting between Izetbegović and Jerlagić on Thursday afternoon, SBiH will remain in the coalition after all.

Izetbegović also confirmed that SBiH will get the position of Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, as well as some other positions in this sector, but not the entire sector.

Izetbegović said that other parties entering the government will also get one ministerial position each, which also applies to A-SDA and BPS. The SDA President said it would be good if the coalition were expanded to include HDZ 1990. He said he has nothing against SBB entering the government, or any party that supports the reform agenda, but he expressed doubt that a coalition with so many parties could function, writes NAP.
