Izetbegović: I don't know why Dodik says he doesn't want cooperation with SDA

Either I or someone else from SDA will file an appeal with the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina against the decision on the referendum in the RS, said SDA President Bakir Izetbegović today in Banja Luka, reports the news agency Patria.

Izetbegović stated that he will certainly fight to the end for respect of the Constitution and laws, not wanting to speculate whether the referendum will take place or not. Izetbegović also highlighted the problem of studying the national group of subjects for Bosniak children in the RS, saying that departments and schools are being abolished in BiH, and that in the end there will be no one to teach Serbian, Bosnian, or Croatian languages.

- Is happiness in ordering someone what their language will be called, or is it in keeping the youth and creating a better atmosphere in the country, strengthening the economy, giving the youth a chance to stay in BiH and let them learn the language and call it whatever they want, asked Izetbegović.

He emphasized that others can call their language whatever they want, and Bosniaks will call theirs Bosnian.

Today, sessions of the Presidency of SDA and SNSD were held in the same building of the NSRS. Izetbegović said that he did not meet with Milorad Dodik, and that there will certainly be an opportunity for that.

He pointed out that it is good to talk to everyone in this country, and that he does not know why the president of SNSD declares that he does not want cooperation with SDA.
