Top-coordinated hybrid operation against BiH revealed

(Patria) - Documented fabricated "information" in the Croatian media and intelligence space (Hrvatski medijski servis, Večernji list), multiplied through well-known "Sarajevo media", has undoubtedly achieved its intended effect, Circle 99 points out.

Methodologically – as precise as it is transparent – for any attentive reader, and especially for a journalistic professional.

The news was launched in the format of "information" without citing a source – in this case, the European Conference of Rabbis, which had not previously announced the holding of a meeting in Sarajevo anywhere publicly. However, the presumed content of the conference was insidiously inserted with the aim of causing outrage: support for the state of Israel "during their difficult times", i.e., in the context of the war in Gaza.

Sarajevo did not have, nor does it have, a problem with interreligious dialogue – on the contrary. What is problematic is the attempt to instrumentalize a religious gathering through the fabricated content of the Conference to promote a political message that relativizes the suffering of the Palestinian people and supports Israeli policy at a time when the world is speaking louder and louder about war crimes and genocide.

Information constructed and disseminated in this way had a clear goal: to provoke emotions, divisions, and accusations – and this has been achieved. It would have provoked a similar reaction from a large number of American rabbis who oppose the use of religious institutions to justify violence.

It is particularly problematic that the message from the European Conference of Rabbis, after the cancellation of the meeting, goes so far as to imply the need to block BiH's European integration. This is no longer just media manipulation – it is open pressure.

Now, if nothing else, the machinery of hybrid action of the so-called Herceg-Bosna, media and political channels operating under the guise of protecting European and Western values, but in reality producing destabilization and disinformation, is completely exposed and visible.

Due to all of the above, Circle 99 calls on the competent state institutions, especially those dealing with security and intelligence work, to conduct a thorough investigation into this case. We also call on journalist associations, editors, and media workers to make a statement – because this is not just a matter of professional ethics, but also of state security.

This is not just about media illiteracy – neither of the consumers nor of the media that reported the information without verification and citing sources. This is a sophisticated intelligence and propaganda operation.

Finally, there is a founded suspicion of the recognizable handwriting of Mossad, whose strategy in the region has previously been reflected in the "forgiveness" of a bad past – even for those forces that bear historical responsibility for the Holocaust – in exchange for new realpolitik alliances.

A special indicator of malice is also the political "scoring" by Dragan Čović, who, referring to Sarajevo's alleged anti-Semitic policy, uses the entire case for further labeling and discrediting BiH institutions. This is another attempt to portray Sarajevo – a city that has historically been a refuge for both Jews and Palestinians – as an enemy of the Jewish people, which is untrue and a dangerous political manipulation.

Semites are not only Jews. Semites are also Palestinians. Sarajevo has never been, nor will it ever be, anti-Semitic.

Therefore, we call for prudence, responsibility, and action – because silence at this moment means complicity.
