In the past 24 hours, 826 refugees, including 163 children, were allowed through the Macedonian-Greek border, said Macedonian Ministry of Interior spokesperson Ivo Kotevski, reports the Patria News Agency.
He pointed out that out of the total number of children, 25 were without parental accompaniment. Kotevski told Tanjug's special correspondent that he was amazed how these children even reached Macedonia and how it was possible that the Greeks asked them nothing.
"All of this is a bit unbelievable, but unfortunately true," Kotevski said.
