Ivica Osim: Someone wants to cause unrest in the national team

Commenting on the disagreements shaking the Football Association of BiH in recent days, BiH football expert Ivica Osim stated in an interview with the BiH news agency Patria (NAP) that the disputes in the Association are the result of provocations by those who do not wish the Association well, but also the result of nervousness before a major world competition in which the BiH selection will appear for the first time in its history.

- We don't know how to behave in such situations. This is all new to us. But, we need to be wise, patient, not jump at every provocation, not jump at media headlines. Things should be accepted as they are - Osim said. He also added that we sometimes misjudge our players.

The high price and the money they receive do not necessarily mean their true quality. But, that is quite normal. We wouldn't know how we would behave if we were in their shoes. More money means a bigger burden - Osim told NAP.

The BiH expert says that our reality is such that when we win, then we are the best, our players are the best, our goals are the best, but when we lose, which is quite normal, because others lose too, then we don't know what to do.

- But, that is the image of our country. It is clear that we did not need these disputes. This is not nice. Someone wants to disrupt the atmosphere in the Association, but I am sure that the people from the Association will know how to see it through to the end and resolve it in the best possible way - Osim told NAP.
