Ivan Pavković assumes the position of Executive Director of the Programs Sector at RTV FBiH

(Patria) - Ivan Pavković assumed the position of Executive Director of the Programs Sector at RTV FBiH today.

Pavković was previously appointed by the Decision of the General Director of RTV FBiH, Bakir Hadžiomerović, with the consent of the Management Board of the Radio-Television of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ivan Pavković was born in 1976. He has been working in journalism and media since high school, i.e., his first year of university.

He was a correspondent for HRT from Mostar from 1996 to 2000. He was an employee of Federal Television from 2001 to 2006, after which he moved to BHT.

During these periods, he performed the duties of coordinator, i.e., editor of the Bureau in Mostar.

From 2011 until his return to RTV FBiH, he was employed at Al Jazeera Balkans, where as a reporter he covered the most important world and domestic events.

In addition to television, he also engaged in radio and print journalism as well as editorial work. He is married, father of three children, and lives in Mostar.

On his first day in the position of Executive Director of the Programs Sector at RTV FBiH, he emphasizes that he was greeted by a creative approach from all departments of RTV FBiH and that he feels a desire for progress, which evidently arrived with the new management.

He familiarized himself with the start of the new autumn schedule, new projects, and shows.

He stresses that the priority will be advocating for teamwork, together with all the people who are professionals and who can ensure what the Public Service should be, which is both educational and entertaining, informative, but above all a respectable service that is trusted and is in the service of all citizens of the Federation of BiH, the Press Service of RTV FBiH announced.
