Milorad Dodik and his political associates are continuously threatening the existence of the state of Bosnia and
Herzegovina. They are doing it very openly, brazenly, rudely, but at the same time, it must be admitted, very systematically. And how could they not, when such a plan was prepared by SANU and provided detailed instructions on how to obstruct the state and its institutions, that Bosniaks should be called
Muslims, that the names of state institutions should not be used, but rather common institutions, to insist and constantly use the term "assembled state", to repeat day after day that Bosnia and Herzegovina is an impossible state, to announce the secession of RS while setting conditions that will not be met, so as to reduce their responsibility for conflicts and so on.
And Dodik and the followers of his politics have consistently followed all these instructions. They have been doing it so persistently and systematically that the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina have become accustomed to it and it has become a normal phenomenon and a normal state for most of them. It is not for me and never will be. And how could it become normal to lose your state. Because whoever loses their state has lost everything. But we must ask those who represent us and who have represented us since the end of the aggression against our country in the institutions of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the entity, how is it possible that this has become a completely normal state for them?
They are completely relaxed and enjoy the "benefits" of the positions they hold. Do they think that only their position is the state and that caring about the state means caring about their own, for many, completely undeserved position.
If that is not the case, then we will ask another question: Why are Bosniaks in positions of power not taking any measures or activities whatsoever to respond to the threats and attacks on our state and Bosniaks. Do not play with the fate of the state and the fate of Bosniaks! Do you Bosniaks (I am asking those who are in power and who have been in power) have any answers and plans?
If your plans are some kind of secret, you don't have to tell us. But at least tell us
that you have a plan. And I am sure you don't. I would like to be wrong, but I am sure it is so. I am sure because I have been following your work for many, many years. Because if you had any plans and were aware of the seriousness of the situation, i.e., Milorad Dodik's threats, you would be calling for constant sessions of state institutions and a discussion on this issue. Are you aware that Dodik has brought us to a pre-war state?
All those who have represented us so far and who now represent us in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina are to blame for this. The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Court
of Bosnia and Herzegovina are also to blame. But let it not be misunderstood by some prosecutors that this does not apply to them, because accusing the Prosecutor's Office means not accusing anyone. Every prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is to blame, because they had to, should have, and could have filed an indictment at the first assault on our state. And none of them did.
Finally, when the "water reached the throat", the prosecutor filed an indictment against Dodik for
non-implementation of the High Representative's decisions, and they did not file an indictment for an attack on the constitutional order and an attempt to overthrow state institutions. That would be the same as filing an indictment against the perpetrator of a criminal offense for illegal possession of the object with which the criminal offense was committed, but not for the criminal offense itself. Unbelievable!
Milorad Dodik advocates for some kind of "peaceful separation". He wants to present himself as a peacemaker. But he is destroying the state and he knows, or should know, that there are enough patriots and guardians of the state who will defend it and have defended it. The defense of our state in the period 1992-1995 was called the "miracle of Bosnian resistance". If someone attacks or threatens it again, it will be much more than that. It will be an unprecedented miracle of Bosnian resistance.
Dodik announced that in the event of the declaration of independence of RS, some international forces would be deployed on the entity line and, supposedly, prevent conflict, i.e., war. He miscalculated a bit there.
In the event that Dodik decides on such a move, there will be no more helmets, neither blue, nor white, nor yellow, absolutely none, on the entity line. Those helmets and those international forces
are needed now, before it's too late, to be deployed on the border between Bosnia and
Herzegovina and Serbia. Some are calling for international forces to strengthen their forces and deploy them in Brčko. Yes, it can be in Brčko, but not only in Brčko. That means nothing for the defense of our state. Deployment on the border with Bosnia and Serbia is necessary.
Now I ask another important question. Would the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, before
calling for the deployment of international forces, deploy our armed forces on the border of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, because its sovereignty and territorial integrity are threatened. And Article 1 of the Law on Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina stipulates:
"This law regulates the unified defense system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, establishes and
defines the chain of command and the role of all elements so that Bosnia and Herzegovina has full capacity in civilian oversight and protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Law establishes the rights, duties, and procedures of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter referred to as the Armed Forces), and entity bodies for the defense of sovereignty and territorial integrity, political independence, and international subjectivity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as providing assistance to civilian authorities."
If we are not even able to try to protect the territorial integrity of our state with our Armed Forces, then we must seriously ask ourselves why the formation of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the most successful reform that has been implemented and what our Armed Forces are serving for?
And if our representatives do nothing about all of the above, or are unable to do anything (either because they don't want to or don't know how), it is better for them to pack their bags immediately because they will have to pack them anyway if war breaks out. Because they will be responsible for that situation due to their failure to do what they were supposed to do according to the Constitution and the law. And war will break out if the Republic of Srpska declares independence. And there will be someone to defend Bosnia. In that case, we will not count on you.
