Išerić asks BiH Prosecutor's Office: Did Dodik, by denying genocide in Konjic, incite violence and hatred!?

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is silent and blind to the destructive rampage against the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, carried out by Milorad Dodik in recent days.

Legal expert Enver Išerić therefore publicly asks them: "Did Dodik, by denying genocide in Konjic, incite violence and hatred!?"

Išerić then quotes Article 145.a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina:

"Whoever publicly approves, denies, grossly minimizes, or attempts to justify the crime of genocide, a crime against humanity, or a war crime established by a final verdict in accordance with the Charter of the International Military Tribunal annexed to the London Agreement of April 8, 1495, or the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, or the International Criminal Court, or a court in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is directed against a group of persons or a member of a group defined by race, color, religion, origin, or national or ethnic affiliation, in a manner that could incite violence or hatred directed against such a group of persons or a member of such a group, shall be punished with imprisonment from six months to five years."

"Given that the Prosecutor's Office has so far claimed that it is difficult to determine that Dodik, by denying genocide, incited hatred and violence, it would now be interesting to hear the Prosecutor's Office's stance after the events in Konjic. This is no longer inciting hatred but a general war, gentlemen from the BiH Prosecutor's Office," Išerić concluded.
