Irfan Peljto to referee Champions League match

(Patria) - On Wednesday, November 24, history will be made for Bosnia and Herzegovina and its refereeing, as our best referee Irfan Peljto has been delegated for the 5th round match of the Champions League group stage!

Peljto will be the main referee for the Besiktas – Ajax match at Vodafone Park in Istanbul, assisted by Senad Ibrišimbegović and Davor Beljo.

The role of the fourth official will be held by Miloš Gigović from Bosanska Gradiška.

Of course, this will be the first time a BiH referee will officiate a Champions League match, and this is also a good indicator of how highly Peljto is valued by UEFA.

The Besiktas – Ajax match will be played on Wednesday at 18:45, and you will be able to follow the live broadcast on Arena Sport TV.
