Inter Miami with fantastic Messi looks unstoppable

(Patria) - Lionel Messi continues to shake the opponents' nets in the Inter Miami jersey.

Messi's new team celebrated last night with a 3:1 result against local rival Orlando City at DRV PNK Stadium in the round of 32 match of the American-Mexican Leagues Cup, and Messi scored two goals.

After a 90-minute delay due to rain, it took Messi only seven minutes to open Orlando's net. Robert Taylor assisted him brilliantly, and the Argentine volleyed the ball into the net from the edge of the six-yard box.

In the 17th minute, Araujo equalized to 1:1, and then Martinez from the penalty spot in the 51st minute restored Inter's lead.

The final 3:1 was set by Messi in the 72nd minute with an assist from Martinez. Messi started Inter's action on his own half, then ran a counterattack and effectively volleyed with his right foot to finish off a brilliant pass.

In the next round of the Leagues Cup, Inter will play against Dallas.

Messimania in America continues, the brilliant Argentine has already scored five goals in three home matches for his new club.
