(Patria) - KJKP Toplane-Sarajevo inform the public that the Municipal Court in Sarajevo has intensified activities on forced collection of debts for utility services.
"In this regard, we call on all service users who have recorded debts for central heating services to settle these debts as soon as possible, to avoid forced collection (seizure of movable property, cash in transaction accounts, or other enforcement items).
In case of inability to settle the debt in one installment, for central heating, in accordance with the Decision on determining more favorable conditions for concluding an agreement on settling overdue debt towards public enterprises (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH 03/10, 90/14, 36/16), there is a possibility to arrange payment of debts in several monthly installments, depending on the amount of debt and the security for debt settlement.
We note that, upon settlement of the entire debt including court costs, an agreement on interest write-off is signed with the users, after which submissions are sent to the Municipal Court to withdraw the execution proposals," the statement from KJKP Toplane-Sarajevo reads.
You can see detailed instructions for service users on how to settle their central heating debt in the photo.
