Incident in Živinice: Court Police Officer Seriously Injured While Executing Court Order

(Patria) - In the area of the Živinice Municipality yesterday, there was an obstruction of a court enforcement proceeding, during which an officer of the Court Police of Tuzla Canton sustained a serious bodily injury.

The incident occurred during the execution of an order by the Municipal Court in Živinice, whereby officers of the Court Police Center provided assistance to the court enforcement officer. The enforcement debtor H.H. from Živinice physically attacked the enforcement creditor M.H., while a third person with the initials M.H. also attacked the court police officer during the intervention.

Police officers used means of coercion to overcome resistance and bring the said individuals under control, after which the court enforcement continued.

The Živinice Police Station and the Emergency Medical Service were immediately notified, and the injured officer was diagnosed with a serious bodily injury.

The individuals H.H. and M.H. were handed over to the police of the Ministry of Interior of Tuzla Canton for further measures, while the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton was also informed about the case.
