Assets of the FBiH Government: Stanić collected 1.6 million KM from renting out Feroelektra premises in 2015.

The FBiH Government at its session held on Tuesday, February 2, gave consent for the dismissal of Goran Stanić from the position of president, and Dragan Bilić and Dražen Marjanović from the positions of members of the Supervisory Board of Feroelektra d.d. Sarajevo, due to the refusal to adopt the Company's 2014 activity report. However, for the acting director of Feroelektra and President of the Union, Senad Smajić, this has no significance because Stanić has already managed to schedule the Assembly of this company for March 26, 2016, even two months later than was foreseen by the decision of the FBiH Government, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- We are disappointed, this is yet another slap in the face to the FBiH Government by Stanić. For the secretary of the Assembly, Stanić appointed Olivera Galić, and that woman is not employed at Feroelektra. She has caused obstructions before and will do everything to "steer" the minutes after that Assembly, which will most likely already enter the month of May. She should implement the Assembly's decisions, go to the Securities Commission, delete Goran Stanić, and register the people appointed by the FBiH Government – says Smajić.

Also, Galić should make changes in the court register regarding the entry of members of the Supervisory Board and company management.

- Stanić's intentions are precisely to drag everything out, while simultaneously, through his political hawks, he tries to pressure the Supreme Court of FBiH, where he has filed a request for review and determination of the legality of the ruling on the termination of the purchase agreement. That process takes 2 to 3 years, and he is trying to speed it up. And until he speeds it up and tries to impose his will, he wants to stay in Feroelektra as long as possible because it is very important who is in possession of Feroelektra – explains Smajić.

We remind you that the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo on December 15, 2014, issued a ruling terminating the purchase agreement with "Stanić invest", thereby returning ownership of Feroelektra to the FBiH Government.

- And 14 months after the ruling on the termination of the purchase agreement, Stanić and his associates still dispose of Feroelektra's assets worth several hundred million KM. In 2015 alone, they collected 1.6 million KM from renting out premises. And that money should have gone to the FBiH Government, the workers, to pay for our health and pension insurance – says Smajić, who reminds that there is a court ban on disposing, using, and alienating assets.

- Stanić and his people continue to squander assets and create debt for the state – says Smajić.

Just one example of how Stanić and his associates earn money from the assets of the FBiH Government is the Feroelektra building in the center of Sarajevo, which they rent to the Consulate of Croatia. Practically, in this way, the Republic of Croatia also participates in the robbery of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, more than anything, citizens should be concerned that the Bosnian authorities are unable to prevent the robbery of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the center of Sarajevo, a few hundred meters from the building of the Presidency of BiH, writes Patria.
