The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC BiH) made decisions on the appointment of judicial office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina at a session held today in Sarajevo, reports the Patria News Agency.
The following judicial office holders have been appointed:
Dalibor Vrećo, to the position of prosecutor in the Special Department for the Suppression of Organized and the Most Serious Forms of Economic Crime – Special Department/District Public Prosecution Office Banja Luka;
Zoran Milojica, to the position of additional judge of the Basic Court in Banja Luka;
Mirjana Radulović, to the position of additional judge of the Basic Court in Banja Luka.
When making the Appointment Decision, the HJPC BiH took into account criteria such as: professional knowledge, work experience and work results; professional capacity based on past career achievements; ability to perform duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the scope of the function for which they are applying; relationships with work colleagues, behavior outside of work and professional impartiality.
The newly appointed judicial office holders will assume their duties on April 20, 2015, it was announced from the HJPC.
