(Patria) - Young representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 16-year-old Iman Avdić, is the eighth swimmer in Europe.
Avdić competed at the European Championship in Belgrade in the 400m freestyle discipline and won 8th place.
She crossed the finish line with a time of 4:21.95. In a tough competition, Ajna Kesely from Hungary was the best with a time of 4:06.56.
Second place went to the swimmer from the Czech Republic, Barbora Seemanová (4:06.72), while third was Francisca Martins from Portugal (4:10.96).
Iman will turn 17 in September.
