(Patria) - The mayor of East Sarajevo, Ljubiša Ćosić, has put up a scandalous sign welcoming people to East Sarajevo, "the city of 157,000 Serbs who had to leave Sarajevo". This prompted a reaction from the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada.
