(Patria) - The Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of BiH (IDDEEA) also issued a press release this morning, confirming that it is moving its data processing technical systems and the Center for Storage, Personalization and Transport of Documents to a new, modern facility that meets all the highest standards.
"This move represents an organizational challenge but a big step, as after 23 years we are moving into a space that is fully equipped with the latest technology and infrastructure.
Currently, all technical resources are migrating and being moved to the new premises, and we ask for your patience and understanding during this process.
Due to this move, there are currently occasional delays at the personal document issuing locations, and IDDEEA BiH, in cooperation with the competent authorities, is working intensively on further system adjustments for smooth operation.
We emphasize that this is not a system crash, as some individuals are spreading in the media with the aim of disturbing the public, and that these circumstances will not affect the legally prescribed deadlines for issuing personal documents," stated IDDEEA.
