Ibro Berilo remains in custody

(Patria) - The Cantonal Court of Sarajevo has made a new decision rejecting all objections from the defense of Ibro Berilo, Nađa Milišić, and Adis Mulaosmanović, it was confirmed for Faktor.ba.

According to a previous decision by the Court, the three of them will remain in custody until the beginning of November this year.

The Mayor of Trnovo Municipality, Ibro Berilo, the Assistant Mayor for Geodetic, Property-Legal Affairs and Cadastre of Real Estate, Nađa Milišić, Adis Mulaosmanović, and his sister Edina Džigal, responsible persons in the company LOK-PIL d.o.o., i.e., Aroma apartments, are under investigation on suspicion of committing criminal offenses of association for the purpose of committing criminal offenses, abuse of position or authority, and money laundering.

Their custody has been extended, as previously announced by the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, due to the risk that they might influence witnesses, conceal evidence, and the risk of re-offending if they were to remain at liberty.
