Ahead of the friendly match between the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team and Luxembourg, coach Mehmed Baždarević said that the match is important even though it is a friendly game, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- It is important what we will show and we must use this match in the best possible way. It is important that we are serious, disciplined and do everything to play well and achieve a good result. We have also invited some new players and we will try to give everyone a chance to show their form in these two matches. By the start of the qualifiers, we will have enough preparatory matches to see what we have at our disposal - said Baždarević.

Coach Baždarević said that those who are not here this time does not mean they are written off.

- There are proven players who were not on the list this time, but we count on them because we know what playing and human qualities they possess - said the coach.

Miralem Pjanić expressed satisfaction that the match is being played in Luxembourg, where his football journey began.

- I am glad to be here again. I hope we will play as well as possible and win. Luxembourg will certainly be ready for this match and it will not be as easy as many think. We have to play seriously if we intend to win this match - Pjanić believes.
