Archbishop Vukšić reminded that the Catholic Church emphasizes the importance of respecting moral principles according to which the donor's life must not be endangered, but that organ donation after death represents an act of love and solidarity.

Rais al-Ulama Kavazović pointed out that, according to the stance of the Islamic Community, under certain conditions, organ donation for transplantation is considered a form of benevolence.

- Religious communities have clearly conveyed that saving a life is an act of kindness and compassion. It is not a threat to religion - it is its deepest fulfillment. It is our obligation to break down myths and fears and build trust that brings hope - said the Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH, Dubravka Bošnjak.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH continues intensive activities to strengthen the transplant system, in cooperation with competent entity and cantonal institutions.
