(Patria) - Estonia is another in a series of countries that have imposed sanctions on the leader of SNSD and convicted former president of the entity of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
Information about the imposition of sanctions on secessionist Dodik was published on platform X by the Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Margus Tsahkna.
"Estonia will not tolerate those who undermine sovereignty and incite separatism. We are imposing sanctions on Irina Vlah and Milorad Dodik.
Their activities violate the norms of international law and threaten peace and security," Tsahkna wrote.

Thus, in addition to Dodik, Estonia also imposed sanctions on Irina Vlah, the former governor of Gagauzia, an autonomous region in Moldova.
The Estonian minister explained that the new sanctions allow for the imposition of entry bans on persons for whom there is evidence of participation or active support of activities abroad that violate the norms and principles of international law.
The sanctions were adopted today, and accordingly, Estonia can take steps on the international stage to help preserve or restore peace, international security, and the international legal order.
Let us remind you that before Estonia, Slovenia, the USA, the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Lithuania, and Poland imposed sanctions on Dodik.
