President of the Union of Coal Mine Workers in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sinan Husić, says a breakthrough has been made but rescuers have still not found the trapped miner.

- We must continue based on witness statements and sketches made by experts. In the next 15 hours, we must fully secure the area we have gained today.

Earlier, rescuers found the tool the miner was using, and according to Zuhdija Tokić, president of the Kreka Coal Mine Union, they hoped they might soon find him as well. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
