Humanitarian citizens of Zenica in action: Eid packages distributed to 650 children from Vlasenica, Milići, Bratunac, Srebrenica, and Zvornik

(Patria) - An informal group of citizens from Zenica "Čajdžinica kod Dabra" and the organization "Svjetlo" from Sarajevo organized the distribution of Eid packages to children of the returnee population today.

The cooperation between these organizations, which has lasted for 13 years, has resulted in a large number of very important projects.

Among other things, it included supplying returnee families with food packages, while children were provided with footwear, clothing, school supplies - backpacks, stationery, textbooks...

Also, there were projects for medical assistance, payment of utilities for the socially vulnerable, and a special project has been ongoing for years - Eid packages for children.

Today's distribution of packages included 650 children from Vlasenica, Milići, Bratunac, Srebrenica, and Zvornik.

"To almost every request from our people in need, the humanitarian citizens of Zenica respond immediately and solve the problem.

We are selflessly grateful to the informal group 'Čajdžinica kod Dabra', who are exceptional guys, as well as to all the humanitarian citizens of Zenica who participate in these actions to ease the lives of our people in the smaller BiH entity," stated the organization "Svjetlo" from Sarajevo.
