Hrkač's late goal saves a point for Velež and Željezničar's pride, Igman fails to defend lead

(Patria) - With a draw at Arena in Vrapčići, Igman from Konjic announced a better spring, and only Hrkač's goal in the final minutes of the match prevented them from escaping the danger zone and ceding the spot leading to the second division to Sarajevo's Željezničar.

The match ended 1:1, with Denković scoring for Igman. The visitors resisted the attacks of Rođeni until the end of the match and were close to victory, but Velež saved a point and thus concluded a solid half-season.

The team from Konjic started the match better, and in the 3rd minute, they found the net of Velež, with Denković being the scorer for Igman.

The hosts quickly threatened through the Georgian player Guliashvili, but Igman's goalkeeper Ćeman was up to the task.

Guliashvili had another opportunity and shot from a distance, but the ball went wide of the goal without much trouble for the visiting goalkeeper.

Velež put pressure on the visiting defense; Đorić and Vehabović tried to beat Ćeman, but the score remained 0:1.

A great chance for Velež in the 28th minute; Hrkač tried, the ball eventually bounced to Haskić, whose shot went wide, and an offside was eventually called.

Rođeni are applying great pressure, but Ćeman is excellent in goal, saving brilliantly. He was also up to the task in the 39th minute, after which Sipović cleared the ball off the line.

In the closing minutes of the first half, Šikalo had a good shot, but the excellent and in-form Ćeman saved again.

Velež started the second half offensively, and the first chance for the hosts came from Suljić, who tried with his head, but the ball went over the goal.

Omar Pršeš tried from a free kick, but the phenomenal Ćeman once again distinguished himself, excellently guarding his team's net.

One of the best chances in the match came in the 67th minute through Halilović, who shot, but Hebibović blocked Halilović's shot in the final seconds.

Hebibović also tried to surprise Hadžikić from a long distance, but this chance in the 79th minute did not manage to surprise Velež's goalkeeper.

In the 89th minute, Ćeman was beaten; after Velež's forwards failed to score, Hrkač did, and Velež equalized to 1:1 after numerous attempts.

Enes Sipović received a direct red card after an excellent performance due to dissent; as he was leaving the field, Sipović pointed to his face.

In the first match of the day, Zvijezda thrashed Široki Brijeg in Ugljevik, who have not known victory for eight rounds.

The derby of the round in Mostar between Zrinjski and Velež will conclude the first part of the competition in the Premier League.
