SARAJEVO, (Patria) – The BiH Court building was left around 4:25 PM by suspects in the "Respirators" case: Fadil Novalić, Federal Prime Minister, Fahrudin Solak, suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration, and Fikret Hodžić, owner of the company Srebrena malina.
The Court of BiH, specifically judge Tatjana Kosović, had earlier made a decision not to accept the BiH Prosecutor's Office's proposal to impose one-month detention, and they had been deprived of their liberty since Thursday evening. This was precisely one of the reasons why the defense opposed the proposal, claiming that the legal deadlines had passed and that the Prosecutor's Office had unlawfully detained the suspects.
According to still unconfirmed information, given that the lawyers of the suspects have not yet received the decision from the Court of BiH, they have been issued prohibition measures.
