Will Ramadan Bayram be truly spring-like according to the weather forecast?

(Patria) - Meteorologists of the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina have announced what kind of weather to expect from 03/09/2026 – 03/24/2026.

A high-pressure system will continue to be stable, and the influx of warm, moisture-rich air masses will be the main factors influencing weather conditions in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the coming period.

Variable and moderately cloudy weather will prevail, with likely local afternoon showers. More clouds and rare precipitation are expected between March 12 and 15, especially in the west, southwest, and central parts of Bosnia. From March 17 onwards, more unstable weather is likely, with more frequent local showers, particularly in the west, southwest, and south of our country.

Until March 19, morning air temperatures in Bosnia will range from 2 to 6 °C, and in Herzegovina from 6 to 11 °C. Maximum daily temperatures in Bosnia will reach up to 17 °C, and in Herzegovina up to 19 °C.

From March 20 until the end of the forecast period, minimum temperatures in Bosnia will range from 1 to 5 °C, in Herzegovina from 4 to 9 °C, while maximum daily temperatures in Bosnia will reach up to 13 °C, and in Herzegovina up to 16 °C, according to the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of BiH.

This means that the first day of Ramadan Bayram (Friday, March 20, 2026), as well as Martyrs' Day (the second day of Bayram), should be characterized by more stable weather conditions with pleasantly warm spring temperatures.
