Patria has already published part of the response from the acting president of the Court of BiH, Minka Kreho, regarding the Court of BiH's views on the proposed law. In addition to the Court of BiH commenting on the Appellate Division, the Court of BiH believes that the proposed law reduces the competencies of the Court of BiH due to the exclusion of parts from Article 7 of the current Law on the Court of BiH, and it is recommended that these parts be returned to the proposed bill.

The OSCE Mission requested the same in its letter sent to the representatives on May 27. Kojović's proposal was not considered at the end of May, but everything was postponed to the next session, and he abandoned the urgent procedure.

The session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament is scheduled for June 12, and if Kojović does not change the Bill and return the competencies that have been eliminated from the law, the support for his proposal is questionable.

Kojović specified in the proposal that the future Appellate Division will be located in Pale (East Sarajevo City).

However, if this law were to pass in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament without the requested amendments, support in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament is questionable.
