(Patria) - An urgent session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, the 26th in order, is scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, starting at 11:00 AM.
Among other things, data on ethnic representation of employees in BiH institutions, as well as the causes and consequences of non-implementation of the BiH Constitution and laws that establish proportional representation of constituent peoples and others in BiH institutions, should be considered.
The proposers of this agenda item are representatives Jasmin Emrić, Ermina Salkičević-Dizdarević, Elvisa Hodžić, Šemsudin Mehmedović, and Aida Baručija.
The agenda should also include the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), with a request for urgent procedure consideration, also proposed by Emrić.
As stated by the proposer, this law amends and supplements the Law on SIPA to ensure the continuity of leadership of that institution.
Granting consent for the ratification of the Financing Agreement for the Annual Action Plan for BiH for 2024 between the EU, represented by the European Commission, and BiH, represented by the Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of BiH, is also one of the planned agenda items.
