Urgent session of the KS Assembly, Trade Union against proposed amendments to the FBiH Labour Law

(Patria) - An urgent online session of the KS Assembly will be held today.

As unanimously supported at the KS Collegium, at this session, MPs will consider only one item on the agenda: the opinion of the Ministry of Labour, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees of KS on the Draft Law on Amendments to the FBiH Labour Law.

The Independent Trade Union of Civil Servants and Employees of Sarajevo Canton, as the representative trade union in this branch in Sarajevo Canton, is against the proposed draft text of the Law on Amendments to the FBiH Labour Law, and calls on the proposer of this text to withdraw it from the procedure and return it within the legal framework, and to open a social dialogue with all trade unions and legitimate representatives of workers in FBiH.
