Urgent session of the House of Peoples of the PS BiH: Several legal solutions before the delegates

(Patria) - The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH) is scheduled to consider the proposed laws on amendments to the Law on Salaries and Allowances in BiH Institutions, proposed by the House of Representatives, at today's urgent session. The session begins at 12 PM.

The proposed Law on Amendments to the Law on Service in the Armed Forces of BiH, in its second reading, proposed by delegate Džemal Smajić, will also be considered by the delegates under an expedited procedure.

The session will also consider the request of the House of Representatives for the consideration of the proposed Law on Amendments to the Law on the Fundamentals of Road Traffic Safety in BiH under an urgent procedure.

Before the delegates will be proposals for European laws – on patents, on amendments to the Law on Industrial Design, on trademarks, on the protection of trade secrets as intellectual property rights, on the protection of topographies of semiconductor products, on representation in the field of industrial property rights, and on units of measurement in BiH.

Proposals for these laws will be considered in the second reading, and their proposer is the Council of Ministers of BiH.

The agenda of the session also includes requests from the House of Representatives for the consideration of the proposed Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement and the proposed Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, which will be considered under an urgent procedure.

The proposed Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedure, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH, will also be considered in the second reading.
