Emergency session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly on September 30, several laws on the agenda

(Patria) - The 18th emergency session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM.

The agenda includes a request from the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina to consider the Proposal of the Law on the Regulator, Transmission, and Electricity Market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, under urgent procedure, in accordance with Article 124 of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Peoples.

Delegates will also consider the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees (second reading), proposed by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedure (first reading).

The agenda also includes several laws proposed by the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina, adopted by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely: the Proposal of the Law on Patents (first reading), proposer: Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina; the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Industrial Design (first reading); the Proposal of the Law on Trademarks (first reading), proposer: Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina; the Proposal of the Law on the Protection of Trade Secrets as a Right of Industrial Property (first reading); the Proposal of the Law on the Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Products (first reading); the Proposal of the Law on Representation in the Field of Industrial Property Rights (first reading); and the Proposal of the Law on Measurement Units in Bosnia and Herzegovina (first reading).
