(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina failed to reach a consensus on a decision to declare July 11 a Day of Mourning in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The proposal was made by BiH Defense Minister Zukan Helez.
The FBiH government declared July 11 a Day of Mourning in FBiH at yesterday's session.
On Tuesday, July 11, a collective funeral prayer and burial of 30 identified genocide victims will be held at the Potočari Memorial Center.
