(Patria) - Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH Muhamed Hasanović (SDP) today stamped the Instruction on securing additional funds for the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH.
This concludes the multi-day saga regarding the transfer of 6.4 million KM for the conduct of early elections for the president of Republika Srpska.
The Instruction was supposed to be signed last Friday, but the transfer of funds was postponed due to the procrastination of Minister Srđan Amidžić (SNSD).
Amidžić, we remind you, locked the stamp in his office and did not come to work for several days, thus hindering Hasanović's legal duty.
Hasanović showed proof live on the evening show Face TV.

The question was whether the CEC of BiH would manage to prepare the early elections on time, given SNSD's delay in transferring funds. However, there should now be enough time for all preparatory actions.
The CEC will hold a new session in the near future to set deadlines for holding elections and prepare public procurement for the production of election materials.
Early elections for the president of RS were called for November 23, after the former entity leader Milorad Dodik had his mandate revoked due to a final verdict by the Court of BiH.
