Hasanbegović: It's an honor to play against England, the third-ranked team in the world

Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player and SFK 2000 Sarajevo player, Melisa Hasanbegović, is preparing at the Zenica Training Camp and eagerly awaits tomorrow's match against England. Hasanbegović says that it is a great honor for her to play against England, which is third in the world.

- We cannot expect too much in terms of results, but we can give our best, show how we fight and how much we are worth as a team - emphasizes Hasanbegović.

She adds that she is satisfied with the results in the qualifiers so far.

- Victories against Serbia and Estonia show that women's football in BiH, and we too, are progressing. We cannot be in the top two positions, but we have great chances to stay in third place, which would be very good for us - says Hasanbegović.

This footballer believes that in the last 4-5 years, women's football has been expanding both in Europe and in our country.

- We have taken several big steps in the national team, as well as at the club level. I sincerely hope that we will continue like this, that something new will happen every year and that we will be even better - added Hasanbegović.
